Privacy Policy
This document outlines how Execord handles data when you invite it to your Discord server. By using Execord, you agree to these guidelines.
1. What data we store
We only store the bare minimum required for the bot to function correctly. This includes:
- Guild IDs: To keep track of server settings and token usage limits.
- User IDs: Used primarily for handling permissions.
We do not log or store any message content from your server channels unless you click the thumbs down button on the bot's response.
2. How we use your data
Data is strictly used for operational purposes:
- To execute the actions you request via prompts.
- To manage daily and bonus tokens per server.
- For internal debugging (our error logs don't contain personal data).
3. Data sharing
We do not sell or share your server data with any third parties. However, to process natural language, the prompts you send to Execord are routed through an LLM API provider. These providers (such as Google or OpenAI) do not use this data to train their models under their enterprise terms.
4. Data deletion
Your data remains in our database as long as Execord is in your server. If you kick the bot and want your server's data wiped entirely, just open an issue or reach out in the support server.
5. Contact
If you have any questions or privacy concerns, feel free to drop by our Support Discord.
