This Privacy Policy explains how Execord collects, uses, stores, and protects data when you add the Execord bot to your Discord server, use its commands, or visit this website in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Categories of Processed Data
Execord adheres to the principle of data minimization (Art. 5 (1) (c) GDPR). We only process data necessary for bot operation:
- Discord Guild IDs & Channel IDs: To identify servers, save token balances, and execute actions in the designated channels.
- Discord User IDs: To verify Discord administrator permissions before executing privileged actions.
- Natural Language Prompts: Prompt text submitted via
/executeis transmitted in real-time to the AI pipeline to determine corresponding Discord actions. - Operational Logs: Temporary debug logs are generated to diagnose API errors. Message contents from your channels are not stored or logged permanently.
3. Legal Bases of Processing
We process your data based on the following provisions of Art. 6 (1) GDPR:
- Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (Performance of a contract / Service provision): Processing is necessary to fulfill your command requests and manage server token quotas.
- Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Legitimate interests): For debugging, preventing malicious exploits/abuse (e.g. prompt injection attacks), and ensuring stability and security.
4. Third-Party Processors & International Transfers
To provide AI-powered automation and subscription features, Execord integrates with external services:
- Discord Inc. (USA): Gateway infrastructure for bot operations and event reception. (EU-US Data Privacy Framework / Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Whop Inc. (USA): Merchant of Record for payment processing, billing, and subscription management. Payment details are entered directly into Whop's secure checkout and are never accessible to Execord.
- Database Hosting (e.g. Supabase Inc.): Secure cloud database storage for server IDs and token balances.
- LLM API Providers (e.g. Google Cloud, OpenAI, Anthropic): Natural language prompts are processed via enterprise API endpoints. Under enterprise terms, prompt data is not used to train AI models.
5. Data Storage Duration & Deletion
Data associated with your server is retained while Execord is present on your server. If you remove the bot, your data remains inactive. You may request immediate and complete deletion of all associated server records at any time by contacting us via email or our Discord support server.
6. Your Rights under GDPR
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain confirmation and information on your stored data.
- Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to Erasure / "Right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR): You can request immediate deletion of your data.
- Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You may request limited processing of your data under statutory conditions.
- Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You may receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object at any time to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
