Terms of Service

By inviting and using Execord, you agree to the following rules.

1. Usage

Execord is provided "as is". You agree not to use the bot for malicious purposes, spam, or anything that violates Discord's Terms of Service.

2. Abuse

Don't intentionally try to break the bot, bypass token limits, or generate harmful content using the AI prompts. We reserve the right to blacklist any user or server at any time if we detect abuse.

3. Liability

Since Execord uses AI to determine its actions, it might occasionally misinterpret a command or do something unexpected.

• As an administrator, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing what the bot is about to do before confirming complex actions.
• We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or server changes caused by the bot.

4. Availability

We do our best to keep Execord online 24/7, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Outages from Discord or our LLM providers might result in temporary downtime.

5. Changes to the Terms

We might update these terms as the bot evolves. Continuing to use Execord means you accept any changes.
